Ingredients:

Boneless chicken,

egg,

salad leaves,
tomato,
cucumber
, bread slices,
tikka masala.

Method

First, take 250 grams of chicken and marinate it with 3 tablespoons of tikka masala. Let it rest for half an hour. Then, in a pan, add a little oil and cook the chicken until it is fully done. Lightly toast the bread slices. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on one slice, then add a layer of the cooked chicken. Place another slice on top, spread another layer of ketchup, and add a fried egg as the next layer. Finally, place the third slice on top to cover it.
